Future of Cities, the Miami-based developer of the Phoenix Arts & Innovation District in Jacksonville, and a new partner announced May 11 they had obtained a package of tax credits and city funding for an 80-unit affordable housing community in the North Springfield development.

I have been reading about plans that never come to pass in Phoenix for nearly a decade now. That being said, looks like some real momentum and funding now? Also excited about Mini golf coming there soon.

A structure was previously demolished. No additional building demo necessary to build this project.
