Skinner homestead in review for apartments and town houses

The Skinner family homestead in the San Jose area, which was the original Meadowbrook Farms dairy land, is under contract for sale by year-end for redevelopment into apartments and town houses.

City records show the 29.51-acre site at 6765 St. Augustine Road is in city review for development into 280 apartments and 100 townhouses by RangeWater Real Estate.

Was there some sort of Skinner Summit where all of these projects were anounced?  3 projects in 24 hours seems pretty agressive.
