Is this the building that Laveranues Coles was once planning to convert to a restaurant and club years ago?

Yeah, they appear to be Foxtail's, which really only should be planted as far north as southern Brevard County.

As a musician, this will really whet my appetite. Once, and if, COVID calms down after it is built, THIS is one of the places I will frequent from time to time. Awesome renderings for such an old building.
