Iconic plans to renovate the old fire station on East Adams Street into a offices upstairs and space for a retail/dining at street level. This is one of several smaller adaptive reuse projects now moving forward because of the recently approved change of the downtown preservation and adaptive reuse incentives program.

Very cool project. That is a great space in a prime location. Will be interesting to see how much bang for the buck Jax gets from this program compared to Lot J in a few years.
