This business has been trying to find space since 2015.  Maybe they were just hoping an event lawn with a view would open up to do some pop up events before building out their Brick & Mortar (a new construction company in town) location.

I'm not sure which GC ended up getting the contract, but when I was bidding this job, there was definitely a bar and a public space that appeared to be set for sales and a tasting room.

Not sure what changed since the original bid docs came out.
