We've gone from working to get a ship with clear ties to Jacksonville, and seeing that dashed for ... reasons (financial?) ... to grabbing anything that sorta floats and is painted gray.

Well, they are pretty sure it will survive being towed to Jacksonville. So that's something...

The real play here is not the ability to bring in additional visitors to the City, but to be able use the Orleck's guns to help reduce the cost of demolitions Downtown. Imagine how much money this could save the Curry administration annually.  Next level thinking really.
