Can we have a "TROUT RIVER" child board?

Can the administrators set-up a Trout River child board?  In my mind Trout River includes both sides of the river and the neighborhoods on Ribault River and Moncrief Creek.  Panama Park to 295.

I think that area would fall under the Northside board in The Burbs section.
