What's going on with the Oxford Hall apartment building?

I live nearby, and only just noticed on Saturday that the place is now completely empty. I tried looking up contact info for the property manager, but I couldn't find anything.

The above is not a recent photo, for the record. I can't recall the last time I've actually seen cars parked outside the place. It doesn't feel like it was that long ago.
