QuoteThe St. Johns River Water Management District is reviewing plans for the $55 million St. Vincent's HealthCare riverfront heart and vascular pavilion.

Plans show the four-story project at King Street and fronting the St. Johns River. Plans indicate a 25,000-square-foot footprint. Spokesman Kyle Sieg said the pavilion is designed at 82,863 square feet.

It will be developed where Seton Hall was demolished.

St. Vincent's, part of Ascension Jacksonville, announced in November it would break ground this summer with a projected opening in fall 2019.

Gresham Smith and Partners is the architect and Goodson Nevin and Associates is the consulting engineer.
