Drove by the other day and the 7-11 across the street from St. Vincent's was closed. Everything was stripped out inside and windows were papered over. Anybody know why and what might be replacing?

I would figure right across from the hospital, that would be a busy location. I saw it closed too the other day.

the 7-11 at the beach near fletcher high school closed a long time ago. I believe the restaurant that replaced it (spicy and juicy) also closed already too.

The one at Atlantic and Kernan is going great guns every time I go in there.  Very convenient for me, so I would hate to see this one go.  I sure hope this is not a trend of a franchise owner who is closing down his properties one-by-one.

A stand-alone store in a surrounding area that doesn't have much multi-family housing was not going to work long term. That corner and Oak Street are in desperate need of some activity. A small CVS with a pharmacy component would probably do much better.

I thought that location was always kind of odd because there is one just across 3rd street near the Larry's.
