‘Turbo Roundabout’ coming to Arlington intersection

Are all of the ditches even closed up in Arlington before they move on to next gen roundabouts?

JTA had a "virtual groundbreaking" a few days ago for the Turbo Roundabout - the intersection of Merrill and University should be under construction for about a year.
