Perhaps SunTrust tower gaining some momentum as just saw one of the items on DIA agenda is a loan for JU to open a satellite campus in the building.  Would be for 30 faculty members and 100 students. Those numbers seem out of line but none the less would,be good for downtown. JU issue probably best in its own topic.

This is the best news for me personally since Intuition expanded. I love Toss Green, and was hoping this would happen before I start working downtown.

Pretty cool. This should add some life along Laura Street. It's the perfect example of better utilizing ground floor space in an existing office tower.
