Photo Tour: Manifest Distillery Preview



Living in the same building with the new Intuition Ale Works, Manifest Distillery will be conducting a tour of their facility a little later on this month (on the 15th of September, to be exact) but we managed to get into the space this past week to snap a few photos of the space before the polish and order starts happening.  Check out the interior shots of this work in progress.

This looks like another great asset to this area.  Hopefully we have the beginning of a great district.  How much more space is available in this particular building for development?

I think there's another 5k sf or so in this building. Across the street, there's another +60k sf of old warehouse space to play with.

Does Manifest share any common area with IAW or are they two completely separate operations?
