I just wanted to bring everyone's attention to a new business in our neighborhood directly across from the Murray Hill Theater. It's a boutique guitar and effects shop with some of the most unique equipment I've seen in the state.

Here's a video from their grand opening featuring musical performances by Strangerwolf, Summer Goodman, Jonathan Berlin of SUNBEARS!, and Colin Adkins from Sea Cycles and Civil Brute.

Top notch audio and video quality from the in-store performances, and they plan to do a lot more awesome web content in the future.

Here's their Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/mockshopmusicexchange/
And their Website: http://mockshopmusicexchange.com/

Anyone interested in what's happening in Murray Hill, MHPA is having it's quarterly meeting Thursday at 7PM at Maple Street.
It's time to move past being a city with potential, and become a city living up to it's potential.

Hope it survives, if you travel up and down Edgewood in the Murray Hill strip, there are many more vacancies in windows than used to be. Of course, the French Pantry not opening up for at least one more year does not help, but Valentino is busy with BGs.

I thought there were fewer vacancies in Murray hill, bu that's coming from a guy who lives there.

There's mock shop, the smoke shop, pinky toes, a laundry mat, that Italian restaurant from downtown, magnolias and French pantry. I also hear there might be a tex Mex place opening...

Even with bold bean and knead leaving there are more places opening than closing.

The knead and bold bean spots are nice, they shouldn't stay on the market for long.

Community loaves also expanded their bakery. They took over the spot beside them. It use to be a church.

I thought the latest word was they weren't closing up and leaving, but were just closing to the public and ramping up the operations inside.

Their instagram says that they are moving to a larger warehouse so they can have better quality control, and training program.

Here's the first of many live in-store performances that will be recorded at The Mock Shop!
I hope you all take a second to watch/listen as The Young Step is an extremely talented band out of St. Augustine and the audio and video quality of these live performance videos is really unmatched in Jacksonville.
