Buffalo Wild Wings plans a restaurant at South Beach Regional Shopping Center in Jacksonville Beach.

IRT Property Co. of North Miami Beach, in care of Equity One Inc., applied to the St. Johns River Water Management District to create an outparcel at the 4180 S. Third St. shopping center for construction of the restaurant.

A 6,192-square-foot building, including a covered patio, is planned on 2.24 acres.

EnVision Design Engineering LLC is the agent.

The site is next to Staples.

Shopping Plaza currently home to Home Depot, Trader Joe's, Bed Bath & Beyond, Ross, Stein Mart
