It does look great and I think the right person got that building. Do I understand correctly that the other two floors are to be rented out and the one pictured is their home?

They did a fantastic job balancing the uniqueness of the building with modern amenities. Makes me want to escape the boring Southside apts for some character.

4 one bedroom apartments for rent, 1 penthouse on the 3rd (top) floor. The photos are mix of both.
