Wondering if anyone knows what they are building at Beach Blvd & 5th st, across the street from Publix? Looks to be another drive through of some type which is strange since the old Wendys building sits abandoned and falling apart just one block away.

Also wondering if anyone knows what is going in the new building at 3rd S & 23rd ave S? On the old Bagel World site.

Burrito Gallery is on Beach & 3rd, speaking of which what is taking them so long to open? The new construction I'm referring to is on 5th st, one block west of Publix.

I took the pictures for the next Beach construction update yesterday. However, I still need to look up a few like this one.

Thats it! Hate to see them building a new drive through with an abandoned one less than a block west. Also an abandoned Sonic 2 blocks west, it's like a fast food cemetery.

Any ideas on the project at the old Bagel World site, sandwiched between Panera and Cruisers?
