New Sleiman Action on Kernan

A 5 acre vacant lot on Kernan just south of Atlantic Boulevard just got a permit board and the dozers are plowing down the trees as I type.

There is a the generic Sleiman "Shopping Center Coming Soon" sign at the front of the lot.

Does anyone know what the layout is going to look like?

Sleiman has leased out all of his 2 corners of strip malls at Kernan and Atlantic and it appears more may be coming.

The lot has more depth than frontage, hopefully it wont turn into yet another marginal strip mall with retailers in back running strobes to attract attention.

Hopefully the bulk of the stores, restaurants etc will offer something new to Jax.
