Long Delayed 20 West Adams Project Back on Track



20 West Adams has a new owner and a new life. 20 West Adams Partnership, LLC is planning to jump start the project from where it left off in 2008 due to the economy.

What does NPS have to do with the project?  Did they provide a grant or something?

Good to see.
Do you believe that when the blue jay or another bird sings and the body is trembling, that is a signal that people are coming or something important is about to happen?

Excellent news.  I love the area that building is in.  Now if only they could fix up that beautiful building right next door.
