Thank you for this article!  At a time when we hear so many cruel racial comments on both sides, it's refreshing (and, sadly, amazing) to read about someone who tries to clean up his city--without regard as to what color person dropped the garbage!  Jacksonville has many good people--and it's wonderful to hear about good people doing good things!
