$4 Million Cinema Near Oakleaf

Edifice Inc. of Charlotte, North Carolina, is building a $4 million multiplex cinema on Jacksonville's Westside.
The contractor received a building permit yesterday for the Epic Theatres 12-screen cinema at 8368 Merchants Way, near Oakleaf Town Center. It will have 43,438 square feet.

Each auditorium will have VIP recliner seating and there will be mezzanine access for projector operation.
Epic Theatres also has cinemas in St. Augustine and Palm Coast.
