QuoteSt. Augustine Outlets will have some additions come this summer, including two new anchor stores and a multimillion-dollar renovation.

Clothing stores Old Navy and H&M will set up shop in the 332,000-square-foot outlet center off State Road 16. Old Navy will occupy a 13,124-square-foot store at center court, and H&M will occupy a 26,153 square-foot store.

Additional store openings include apparel retailer Christopher & Banks, scheduled to open early fall, and women's clothing store Papaya, which recently opened in the interior of the center.

The outlets are also undergoing an $7 million interior renovation project with completion expected mid-summer.

^This is how a shopping center stays competitive (unlike Regency). Has a full decade past since they added the Saks 5th outlet and associated shops?

I think it has been closer to 5 or 6 years since the last expansion/upgrade.  I have heard rumors that the original outlet mall (on the other side of I95) is entertaining the idea of an upgrade/expansion as well.
