Would this be between Hurricane and LaSalle Street?  Small triangular parcel owned by LaSalle Square, who also owns the property under Hurricane.  "Next to" Hurricane and Jimmy Johns doesn't make sense, that would put it in LaNap's parking lot, and that parcel has a different owner.

I assume it's the small undeveloped lot just north of Hurricane Grill.

You know...that's one thing riverside sure could use is a KK or a DD...my waistline on the other hand is another story.

I see alot of Dunkin Donuts going up around town. The coffee is ok but the donuts are terrible.
