This stuff rates 5 out of 5 stars in nearly every review, it is amazing and once somebody opens one here, every KFC within 5 miles is in DEEP trouble.

I doubt anyone who isn't working in/visiting the hospital will use it, but who knows. I've been known to wonder in there to the cafeteria & eat before. Pretty good food for a hospital! #notashamed.

Yes, can be a nice neighborhood bike ride feature.

Think so?  Quick, tell me of a bike rack that's not on the ER side.  You have 20 seconds.... Go!

Well, there's the one I just walked right by on the way into the building. If you go to the main entrance and walk around the corner from the automatic doors, there are a couple of wave-style ones right there. Only holds a few bikes but I guess it beats chaining them to railings.

It's the river location that draws.
Locked to a water fountain once. Mindful, no compromise of use of water fountain facility.12' cable lock.

it's prime frontage

I experienced Chick fil A for the first time fairly recently. Certainly different. As in differentiated.Probaly more popular than a McDonalds,Burger King. And a Seven Eleven is handy.
