Famous Chef Opening Restaurant at 220 Riverside

He's a successful chef with two Philadelphia restaurants — and a third on the way.

And now Kevin Sbraga is coming to Jacksonville.

Sbraga, winner of the seventh season of Bravo's "Top Chef," plans to open the restaurant in the mixed-use development at 220 Riverside Ave. early next year, becoming the project's first commercial tenant.

Such awesome news. And he has researched local restaurants to determine Jacksonville-specific menu items and preparation techniques. Should be something to look forward to. That corridor of Riverside is going to be abuzz with life and activity; it would be a great place to live.

Too bad they've moved back the move in date for the third time now. People won't be occupying the building until January
