I went to an estate sale there several years ago.  They houses are really cool, wonderful design, and details.  The materials used, lumber, glass, tile, etc were beautiful.

My sister and her family lived in one of those home for several years in the 1970s. They were very cool homes. I remember the living area as having a fireplace, spacious area and stone floors. However,it was pretty cold during the winter months.
The kitchen was pretty small and could accommodate one skinny person at a time.
We really enjoyed visiting my sister and were sorry when they left Coquina Gates.

Cracklow,  those photos(taken by Austin Pool in 2013) are indeed of San Jose Episcopal.  Mr. Russel designed and built the chapel you see in those photos.
