The "Ferris Bueller" house sold

The house where Ferris stood and watched his friend Cameron roll back the odo was recently sold for $1.06 Million dollars. It is one of few houses built with the distinctive glass "auto pavilion".

It was on the market for $2.3 million and came dangerously close to being torn down in 2009.

As to the status of Ferris' actual domicile, it is located in a nice neighborhood in Los Cerritos, California.
