QuoteADB law firm building new office in Riverside

....The firm, founded in April 2010, bought the property at 1500 Riverside Ave. on Dec. 10 through a limited liability company. It is filing plans to raze the existing one-story 4,300-square-foot structure on the site and develop a two-story, 10,000-square-foot office.

ADB Real Estate Holdings LLC paid $910,500 for the 0.59-acre site at Riverside Avenue and Lomax Street. Alexander is the registered agent with the LLC.

The other founding partners are Kelly DeGance and Michelle Bedoya Barnett. Samantha Guidici, Erin Whitmore and Meredith Carlo are associates with the firm.

Alexander said construction on the new building should start in June and be completed in 10 months to a year. The firm expects to occupy most of the building at first and eventually all of it.

"We are planning to build a beautiful two-story building that complements the surrounding area," Alexander said.

That's a pretty unspectacular building there now. Something new could easily be an improvement.
Do you believe that when the blue jay or another bird sings and the body is trembling, that is a signal that people are coming or something important is about to happen?

Good luck with that! As it has it, that is Dr. Wayne Wood's old location, you know they guy who founded RAP. They should have a nice fight on their hands with RAP on the new layout.

The space may be unspectacular to those without an eye for beauty, but the property is quite lovely on the inside. You should step inside for a better view sometime, and not judge the book by the cover.
