Does anyone know what is going on with Indochine San Marco? I tried to stop by for a drink last night, but the liquor license was pulled and we couldn't dine upstairs. I figure someone on here might know. Thanks!

Someone better familiar with the restaurant business will have to comment on what this means exactly, but if you look at the restaurant inspector site there's 2 entries for the san marco location:
The old one: https://www.myfloridalicense.com/inspectionDates.asp?SID=&id=5589499
The new one: https://www.myfloridalicense.com/inspectionDates.asp?SID=&id=5797495
You'll see on the old one that it says ownership changed.

Again, I'm not too familiar with the restaurant business, but maybe they changes owners and need to go though the process of applying for a license, etc again.

From Facebook:

"Jennifer W: I know all too well what's going on. This has been an on going issue with the fire marshall and abt. There were some issues with our egress not being up to code so they moved the restaurant downstairs. We have made all of the appropriate changes that were requested and have been waiting for an inspection on the work. They continue to miss appointments and not return calls until this week when our owner (who has been working nonstop to rectify any problems) is out of town. They now added a few more things to change to our list so that will be handled asap. I have been informed that we weren't given any kind of written notice and our license is still showing as active so we WILL be serving alcohol tonight! Dinner service is still downstairs. Please come out to get your Thai fix! "
