Even though WalMart is the selected target here, this is anything but disgusting. This is a standard outline that just about every large corporation has for their managers in a binder somewhere. It states the corporations viewpoint, and explains certain situations that managers must follow to prevent legal action. If a company has more than one location and does not use union employees, then that company has some form of this presentation.

Unions have a purpose, to give the mass employees that make the company work a voice with the few at the top who make the decisions. And that is important. However, just like the evolution of everything else, once you give them that voice and they gain the confidence to stand up for their rights and the rights of their coworkers the union is no longer needed. Instead of evolving with that process, most unions mimic political counterparts and just resort to scare tactics for their own benefit. I don't think this is a knock against walmart or corporations, nor is it against the unions that want to come in. It just highlights the need that 1970's labor models aren't going to work anymore.
