Bob Selton, CEO of Colliers International Northeast Florida, said Friday that the buyer is in the due diligence phase of the transaction, and that "closing dates are in place," though he declined to comment further on specifics of the deal.

Will be interesting to see what becomes of that site and JEA site.

I hope the new owners will bulldoze that dump and start from scratch with a new project that is integrated with the JEA and school board site. It would be a shame if someone kept it as is or attempted to renovate it and keep it as is. There's just no saving that building. It's infested with black mold and is just plagued with issues.
