WOW!
And then there is Downtown Jacksonville.
I don't have one comment as to how all these projects have moved forward from a zoning or regulation standpoint.
But Downtown Jacksonville.

RAM dock only opened when RAM is open. Not good.

The Jim Love, Kevin Kuzel, 26' Berkman floating dock compromise next to SHIPYARDS III misrepresented by OGC during the 2013 FIND grant application process. Not good.

Public Access to the existing floating dock at SHIPYARDS III and sitting next to Scott Wilson Dist. 4 and before the issuance of an RFI, RFP if it could be used for Public or Commercial use and the response back from Paul Crawford, OED and Tony Allegretti, DIA was NO! NO! NO! NO! This is before the new guy Aundra Wallace takes charge. Not good.

Will the new Southbank Riverwalk floating dock have 24/7 Public Access? Does anyone know? Seriously! Is this going before the Jacksonville Waterways Commission? If Not. Why Not? Councilman Redman is the chair of Waterways and this is in his District. Not good.

Where is the long overdue Mayor Brown Kayak logo for Sydney Geffen Park on the Northbank Riverwalk? Not good.

Where is the long overdue Mayor Brown Kayak logo for Palmer Terrace Park in Dist. 4? Not good.

Where is the bike rack and kayak launch at another Tom Ingram FIND recommendation spot that needs a Mayor Brown Kayak logo that is next to the School Board bldg. and JEA property? Not good.

2013-384 Active piece of legislation next to Hogans Creek. Will an amendment be attached for 24/7 Public Access? Not good.

Palms Fish Camp? A million bucks for never even opening up the door. How do you sign up for this stuff? Not good.

Southside rocks!

Quote18. University of North Florida Osprey Clubhouse

Ground has broken on Osprey Clubhouse. When complete, it will contain a 24-hour restaurant, pool, game room, mail and laundry facilities.

Where on campus is this?

Can't tell from the picture.

But Downtown Jacksonville.

The urban core update is scheduled to run later this week.

The new Gate Store is a new 6,500 sq.ft. prototype.  These convenience stores are continuing to get bigger and bigger.

Please highlight what's going on with the river and creeks.

Noone, I received pictures of a clean up and you holding a fish. However, no construction images. What's under construction?

QuoteLocated on the southwest side of campus adjacent to Osprey Cove and Osprey Village just off UNF Drive, the complex will include a 3,000-square-foot, 4-foot-deep pool, a 6,000-square-foot pool deck, a fully operational grill restaurant, a game room and a laundry facility.

Any neighborhood in town can have an asphalt parking lot, but only downtown can you park on the bare foundation where a 100 year old building once stood.

Lake, Just saw this. The cleanup and the fish was from Hogans Creek. As for the construction images I'll try and do better. Does MJ have any plans for posting or maybe you have already and I've just missed it but the massive construction and commercial, residential building stock loss along MLK parkway.
