Random, but I gotta ask....

1) What ever happened to Petal in Avondale (wife is asking..)?

2) Any word on whether the chef at 'town (Meghan? Forgot her name) is going to reopen a new concept somewhere else?

3) What ever happened to the sale of Monty's? I assume it didn't sell...weren't there plans to start up a new restaurant there?

4) Pulp's second location?!

5) Corronado's (sp?) Bakery on Lomax?

6) Grassroot's expansion? I see they have stuff in there, and they've been talking for almost 2 years about a bigger store...

5)  Mr. Corrado says they will "open soon" - problems with contractors and other issues.  I think his wife is a prinicpal in Derby.

6) I think what you see is the expansion of Grassroots. They needed extra space for their stock; as I'm sure you've noticed, the store is already cramped as is. They used to have keep overstock out with everything else. It's now easier (relatively speaking) to get around the store.

They have that outdoor seating area now, too.
