I loved that you dressed it up in one way...and then dropped the "set of hands" comment  8)

I was in the control room when that line was dropped. A simultaneous look of relief and humor was on everyone's face when he went with "you know...hands" .

nice segment.  Hope you make progress.  It takes over a month to get a building permit these days but less than 24 hours to get a demo.  something wrong with that mentality.
