Glad to see the home at 3rd at Hubbard being restored.

Nice to have a puff piece trying to be positive after all the talk of demolitions and having more vacant lots today than 10 years ago. It'll be interesting to see where their pricing will be on the new homes.

The new houses on Liberty are priced at roughly $210,000 to 280,000.

You'll find far, far more positive in the community than not. It's really exciting to see and be apart of.

I recently went on the Springfield home tour and was impressed with the many healthy things happening.  As the market picks up things should get even better.  Thanks for this update.
