OK..I really stepped in the Dog Doo on this job. This is regarding a "Quick painting job with brushes and rollers" ..I'm Not a douche bag painter with a spray rig.I actually Restore paint these houses.
We met this Pakistani guy that looks like "Big Bird" from Sesame Street. Offered this investor a rock bottom price on the standard Bubble Gum caulk and paint.
This guy added on "Knock Down " ceilings for extra.
He is not satisfied with the knock down job which turned out standard for ALL Jax jobs regardless of neighborhood..It is fine and is the same standard several Army and Navy older friends of mine would accept.
I am almost completed with 7 freakin rooms with 60/40 trim.(those that know would call a Springfield home more like 50/50 trim/wall). I wanted this job completed for the weekend but ...
This guy is using his lack of English as Subterfuge and is constantly trying to add on damage to an old Crack House.(I'm sorry..Boarding house) but I know better.

I will have his name on Saturday, but do any of you know this Parasite?

The house is on 4th and Laura 2nd house down next to the Extravaganza with the Doberman and the pool..and jacuzzi and 2 compound apartments..It is 1371 or 74.Laura Street.
I don't want to eat 70 plus hours of labor in the heat..do you know of this man?
In the past 15 years I have done Honest jobs for Honest people that Payed me...I'm quite worried about this asshole...my older partner is close to doing something that would get him a Felony charge.
When he shows up he uses his lack of English to his advantage and he pretends not to understand us and asks more questions and etc...Today he bragged about paying 7k more for an auction house (His words)

This is not a joke..any advice other than don't deal with Pakistanis would be appreciated.
(I actually have experience dealing with the  "Marakesh Market" kind of mentality and he is different..possibly on Xanax)..

First, take lots of pictures of all of your work, while you still have access to the property. And if he doesn't pay, sue him. In the future consider using a contract (doesn't have to be elaborate, a 1-pager will do) with an attorney's fee provision in it, so if you do have to go after someone they pay for it rather than you.
