Very thoughtful use of space wrapped in a rather attractive and compact, architecturally sympathetic package!

I love the storage closet, open plan, laundry connections, pocket doors, front and rear porches, and the vaulted ceilings with 3bd 2.5ba!

Will the new occupants also  enjoy new appliances?
