^Well I tell you what!  The faces in this audience embrace the excitement of many of the folks here in Jacksonville when it comes to creating interest.  lol  Lake, does this answer your question?  :)

^In that case Stephen, you should ring Peyton and Khan up to let them know about their nomination.  I am sure they will get right back to you.  ;)

Make sure to send them a copy of the inspiration video above as well.

The Weavers sugar-daddied the hell out of Gorrie.  Khan looks to be lending a hand to the Trio.  Hopefully, the trend will continue at a more rapid pace.  I could see Khan having a lot of interest in a thriving downtown.  He is already pretty well invested.  There is money to be made for sure.

As the owner of the Cleveland Cavaliers he is also involved in downtown Cleveland. He has brought hundreds of Quicken Loan jobs to downtown and last year opened the Horseshoe Casino in downtown Cleveland in the old Higbee Department Store.  The future phases of the casino will be a new building on the river in downtown.

Sugar daddies certainly can't hurt; Hugh McColl is almost single-handedly responsible for providing the momentum that has transformed Charlotte, for instance. At the very least, the private sector has to get on board. Public-private partnerships have done much to revitalize many downtowns across the country, even with the lack of any one sugar daddy. Greenville, SC and Chattanooga are good examples of that.
