Enjoy your summer but can't wait to get some cooler weather again?  Me too.

Here are some fall trends taken straight from the runways so not only can you fall in love with the crisp air the season change brings, but what it brings to your new-weather wardrobe as well.

Black & Blue

These two shades go together like peanut butter and jelly when the hues are just right.  Try a navy blue for a subtle pop of color, and play with different textures for a more dramatic effect.

Metallics with knit fabric makes for a cozy yet sexy ensemble.

Dark blue shimmer adds to an otherwise ordinary LBD.

Mix in lighter shades of blue for some bolder color-blocking.

Burgundy

Red is sexy on everyone, but is most reserved for daring occasions.  Burgundy is the new red for fall, wearable on any occasion and suitable for the shy as well as the bold.

This color looks flattering in any texture.
Tibi

Though nude, black and brown are all complimentary neutrals, stepping outside of the box with pink and red accents will make help this color (and you) stand out in a great way.

Leather

Over the last few years, leather has become less extreme and scary seeming to an absolute must-have.  The texture easily adds a tough feel to any outfit in need of a pick-me-up.  Fall clothes are no exception.

This knee-length pencil skirt proves that leather can still be sophisticated enough for the office.
Derek Lam

Be fierce - add an all leather dress to your collection.  To downplay it, pair with a knit or sheer cardigan or colorful accessories.

Winter White

Whether in the form of a business suit or cocktail dress,  this strikingly-bright hue means business.

The great thing about wearing such a versatile hue?  The accessorizing possibilities are endless.  Try print stockings with sleek boots for a funky, posh vibe.
Alexander Wang

A sheer blouse on top of any color is feminine and pretty.
Cushnie et Ochs

A fur coat, satin finish, or a bold lip are all great ways to keep this color interesting.

Military
Rugged and serious, this trend is a great way to show-off your inner tomboy.

The olive-green hue looks great paired with sleek black.
Victoria Beckham

Just because we live in Florida doesn't mean we should be cast away from peacoats.  Try a military-inspired one with a double-breast cut button trim.

Jumpsuits

Though a youthful concept, fall runways were packed with long, flowy jumpsuits that were every bit as sophisticated as a dress.

A blazer is the perfect way to break up to a busy print.
Rachel Zoe

This winter-white and black jumpsuit is two trends in one.  Aim for a low-cut one for a sexy night out.
Suno

Like a little black dress, a little black jumpsuit will never go out of style.  Add a red lip and you are polished and ready to go.
