Activity at Annie Lytle This Morning

My hubby and I went past P.S. #4 this morning, about 45 mins ago, on the way downtown and saw one of the boards removed from the 2nd floor front window (to the right of the entrance) and we could see more, apparently newer boards stacked up inside the school. Anyone know who's doing what?  This was about 11:05 this morning.

That covering has been knocked out for some time as has many at the rear of the building.  If there is newer material inside, my guess would be that the contractor (in place by the city) is about to seal some of the openings again.
