okay, I give up, John.

What in the world are you saying with "I am downtown and why you aren't" ?

AND
What am I supposed to learn by writing a check for a dollar ?

I must +1 this

Noone

^+2 this and if I show up at a land locked PS4 weekend cleanup will you write a check for a buck to 2009-442? I'm serious.

Noone

Is there anyone wanting to write a check for a buck to 2009-442 one of the biggest economic generators for freedom and economic opportunity on our St. johns River our American Heritage River a Federal Initiative in our new highly restricted DIA zone?

Governor Scott- Let's get to Work!

FREE PARKING!!!!

Former Jacksonville city councilman Warren Alvarez I believe was the lone vote against MPS and the taxpayer subsidy.

I am Downtown and why you aren't.

Less then 3 hours out. Special meeting of the Artificial Reef Subcommittee chaired by Scott Shine of the Jacksonville Waterways Commission on the naming of the Reefs in the River.

Anyone going?

Noone

2 hours out.
Jacksonville's Downtown Citizens Reef- I love it for one of the 6 permitted reefs in the river.
Jacksonville's Downtown Citizens Reef was not my idea for a name.
That gets my vote and priority too.
Anyone going?

Corrupt Council Area Reef 2009-442 will now have donations pouring in that will Make our Allied Veterans scandal proud.

The 5/29/13 Artificial Reef subcommittee meeting of the Jacksonville Waterways Commission was wink wink, nudge nudge from start to finish.

Going straight from the agenda. Which reminds me will there be an agenda at the June 7, 2013 Downtown Experience subcommittee of the DIA?

I. Call to order
II. Update on Inshore Reefs
III. Discussion and recommendations on process to name new artificial reef plantings.
IV. Comments from the Public
V. Adjourn

Members in attendance from the agenda were Scott Shine the Chair, Ralph Hodges, Captain Jim Suber, No shows were Lane Burnett, Stephen Swann, Dr. Quinton White. from the city Marilyn Allen, John Jackson, Jody McDaniel.

Nobody from the media was in attendance.

Scott Shine from the beginning informed everyone that what is done is done. Don't talk about it. We are here to go forward. We can't go back. Wink wink. Nudge nudge.

So here is the Readers Digest version. Two reefs have just been given to an organization with a promise to pay. Everyone remember the $5,000,000 in private funding for the Equestrian center? Where are we with that? This is $50,000 Is this an emergency? NO! Also let's make sure that nobody on the city council knows about this.

The DEP has signed off for the permit for these two reefs. Waiting on the Army Corps and then NOAA approval. This will be a Pilot Program for two years and only these two reefs are moving forward.

This makes the Jim Love, Kevin Kuzel Berkman Floating dock compromise misrepresented by OGC to Waterways during the 2013 FIND grant application process just another wink wink, nudge nudge.

We can fully appreciate now a convicted guy getting a pension with Board approval wink, wink. Nudge, nudge.

Let's all start singing Kumbaya because this is all positive.

I'll be honest. I've got HUGE concerns on how we will be promoting, and accessing and marketing to the world our St. Johns River our American Heritage River a FEDERAL Initiative in our newly created and highly restricted DIA zone.

Waterways meeting 2 1/2 hours out. Anyone going? Did anyone receive an agenda? How about a secret agenda?

The 6/12/13 meeting of the Jacksonville Waterways Commission had me sitting in the audience and wondering if our city council and waterway commission members are now performing their duties better because of our city councils action to buy 20 new comfy chairs as an emergency,  with a no bid contract and taking away the opportunity for Public Comment which was personally witnessed by a bunch of MJ'ers during a city council meeting live blog.

Mutiny on the Bounty, Mutiny on the Taxpayers is the only way to describe this meeting.

So going right from the minutes of the 5/15/13 JWC meeting in attendance: CC members Jim Love (Chair), Lori Boyer (Vice Chair), John Crescimbeni; Commissioners Gary Anderson, Lane Burnett, Ed Flemming, John Godfrey, Ralph Hodges, Ray Pringle, Scott Shine, Stephen Swann, Penny Thompson, State Representative Lake Ray was excused. OGC Paige Johnston; Dr. Quinton White; Dr. Gerry Pinto, JU; Capt. Jim Suber, Waterways Coordinator; Lisa Rinaman, St. Johns Riverkeeper; Geoffrey Sample, SJRWMD; James Richardson, Environmental Protection Board; Capt. Mike Getchell, Jacksonville Marine Transportation Exchange; Lt. Commander Shane Alexander, US Coast Guard; Janie Thompson, Shrimp Producers Association; Payton Scheppe, Charles T. Holt, Greg Craddock, Gary Burdette, Coastal Conservation Association; Carol Hixenbaugh, Larry Hixenbaugh, Chuck Darner, Paul Gallup, Jacksonville Offshore Sport Fishing Club; Marilyn Allen, Legislative Assistant; John J. Jackson, Council Research Division.

Hey! Are you all ready for this. I wasn't there. I'm not listed as attending.

The Public Trust just destroyed in this community.
I did make a donation to Corrupt Council Area Reef 2009-442 which will be a regional and International story and that is in the minutes.

We are so LOST
We need to FIND FIND

Noone

Does anybody care?

So here is the agenda of the 6/12/13 Jacksonville Waterways Commission meeting.
I. Approval of the Jacksonville Waterways Commission minutes for May 15, 2013.   OK!!!  Mr. Jackson has been just fantastic and unbelievable and has just set the bar at a level over the years and his minutes for the 5/29/13 Artificial Reef subcommittee meeting aren't there. Not Good. Instead there is an artificial substitute by the chair Scott Shine instead of the in the past consistency of a John Jackson minutes report. Not good. Why not both? Key information missing.

VISION 2025 JCCI- What are we trying to measure again?
Environmental Ethics- Vince Seibold.
Corrupt Council Area Reef 2009-442 - We're not monitoring anything. Especially meetings.

Can't even get through the minutes. Will have more later. Tough meeting. We are so LOST. In the meantime Is there anyone that is interested in a BOLD urban core tactical paddle from an unnamed Mayor Brown kayak launch and then fish under the brand new No Fishing signs that was never before Waterways within our newly restricted DIA zone?

Noone

12 hours out from the SECRET 2013 FIND list. This meeting is open to the Public. 10 am. 4Th floor city hall.
Will this be similar to the Backroom deals that happened with the naming of reefs?

Just 3 hours out. Is there an agenda? FDOT and the massive I 95 bridge project and what has happened to the Public, Private, Partnership? Six Artificial Reefs south of the Fuller Warren Bridge. Regional economic development. Anyone going?

What is the point of an atificial reef in the river?  Did piles of rocks naturally occur there?
