Was out in riverside for an early evening and I am just noticing a progression of improvements at the corner!   The fresh paint and color change.   The exterior improvements.     Good looking things behind the glass at the new restaurant... and now some brown paper on the windows to disguise the final touches..

Wow!  Its looking pretty ridiculous in there.    Anyone else noticing how park and king will be highlighted again?

Soooo good for the neighborhood.  They have to be getting close at Pele's.

Amen...looks gorgeous. Especially with that florist/decoration store all lit up.

Can't wait. Now I just hope Pele's lives up to it's expectations.

They had better do well.  Heard that they have put a huge amount of money into the renovation and the rent is over $8K per month.  That's a lot of pizza.
