The only thing I dont like about our leaders now is that they are so STUBBORN and get in stick in the way they do things. Something can be right in their face and they will evalaute it until they are pale in the face and things are an utter mess then finally say " hey maybe we need to change something" With that being said, if Storms continues to impress, dont wait until game 12 and say " well storms gotten 100 yards every game so far, maybe he should be the starter." I hope they learned from the bortles-henne situation. Sometimes plans change, and you have to pull the trigger.

Perfect timing, duvaldude08.

As if on cue:

Thank you Gus! I think they learned the QB situation to embrace change when needed. They have been benching and cutting people every since. Just do whats best for the team. Storm is a late draft pick from a somewhat small school. I wanna see him suceed. We have to find out running game. Bortles making 40 pass attempts a game is not a good thing. A rookie throwing that much is going to picked off quite often. We need some balance

I was hoping for a redo since it was only 3rd down when we tried kicking the field goal.  If only it worked that way.

What was up with those two wasted challenge calls? Neither one was close at all. We never seem to have enough time outs at the end of a game.

I really feel like this team is moving in the right direction, but Gus is starting to worry me a bit.

Agree about Gus-this was not a great game, and his lack of background in Offense showed in some decision making. Put aside the challenges (which were awful and seemed to come out of emotion and hope), his clock management wasn't great. Towards the end of the first half the jags could have got the ball back if you used the timeouts right, and you can't give a rookie quarterback zero timeouts to work with.

BTW, that rookie QB did everything he reasonably could to attempt the comeback. I really like this kid, and he seems to thrive under pressure.

Starting to lean towards the problem with our running game is more on the offensive line play. Holes are closed immediately. I don't think either RB's we have now are our answer long term but I don't put the blame all of them.

We knew the team was not very good. But Bradley is doing them no favors. In multiple games this year, he has shown poor management of the clock, timeouts and challenges. It was bad enough yesterday that play by play man was pointing it out.

No doubt the challenges were not the best decisions. On the flip side, no coach is immune from bone-headed decisions (Belichick 4th down vs the Colts ring a bell?).

We are where we are currently because of Gene Smith. Period. The roster had to be completely blown up by the new regime and restarted from scratch - without the help of additional draft picks that a normal expansion team is granted. The Brass told us this was a minimum 3 year rebuilding project. Take comfort knowing we have what looks to finally be a franchise worthy QB. In the meantime, enjoy the basement.

Gus is only in second year as a head coach. He not exempt from messing up. He's had a few head stracthers this season so far, hopefully he learns from them and "get better"  ;D

People keep talking about Gus, the players need to be held accountable. That Shorts fumble took points off the board and time off the clock. Also Todman drop a crucial pass where he was wide open. Coaches can only do so much.

You got it! The players gotta step up and stop making mistakes. Hurns in another one. I know its been debated whether the interception was BB locking in on the receiver, or if it was Hurns slipping that caused. But when they did the reply, when BB release the ball, hurns was in position to make the play, then somehow ended up on the ground. But whatever the case, they gotta stop with the stupid shit. We are not a team that can overcome mistakes at this point. The seahawks had three TD's called back against Washington and still won the game. We are not that good yet. Mistakes are costly at this point, very costly. And we have to somehow find a running game. We are putting BB at risk for a turn over each time he chunks that ball downfield. We have to find some balance to take pressure off of him.

Everything is all good this year. Gus isn't a problem, he's a plus, and we're in the Todd Gurley sweepstakes.

If we get Gurley, we're just about there gang. Just a few more pieces on defense and we'll be solid.
