The UNF Student Union is swamped today with students buying tickets for the Jags' student section. There were 400 tickets available when it started at 10 and the line is wrapping all around the plaza. I think they'll sell out today.

And the line actually wraps under the stairs. There's no way they don't sell out the section today.

I have it on good authority that he won't be around much longer.  They are slowly taking everything away from him because he is a horrible employee and impossible to work with.

I have seen an abundance of ignorance over the past few days, but I have also seen alot of people out there saying we dont need MJD. One thing we have to remember is we are a small market team. In professional sport, whether its NFL, MLB, NBA, small market teams are considered the "bad" teams and "bottom Dwellers". Trust me, the NBA small market teams get it just as bad as we do. Its just the reality of being a small market. Of course Jacksonville gets a little extra critisim because were Jacksonville, but I know it will never go away. Now if we starting winning SB's and having sold out stadium with notaprs, thats the only thing that will shut anyone up. Thats the reality of it.

Look at the Cleveland Browns, they have sucked their entire existance (and theyve been around a LONG time) but their fans love the shit of them  and does not care what anyone says. us, as Jags, have to stop being so sensitive and to that point where we dont give a damn what anyone has to say.  We have one of the most well off owners in the NFL who grabs attention from Forbes and other national media outlets. He's dumping money into the franchise and the city..We have alot to be excited about. dont let the media piss on our parade.

I'm really excited about this London things. Theres one thing people don't realize, what we don't appreciate in the states, the embrace in the UK. Some of our most popular recording artist get no love here, but sell out and go multi-platinum overseas. Same when it comes to football. They don't care what team it is, they just want to see football. and honestly, I think the Jaguars have a very appealing brand for London. I was listening to Jaguars radio and the guy on there was saying how when he was in Venice, the guy that working at the hotel asked him where he was from. He told him Jacksonville. The guy immediately said " Are you a Jaguars fan?" We think people don't know us, but they do. This guy is not from the states and knows our team. He also mention that he was a giants because him and his father came to states when he was little to go to a Giants game, and hes been a fan since. Thing about fans and future fans we can meet that way. Not to mention, I ve been on facebook and twitter, and our overseas fans are about to pea in their clothes because they get to see their team in person. There have been people from London, norway and ireland saying they will be at the game

Its half time and there is hope. They were about to drive me to drink for a minute. hopefully we can come back in the 3 rd Q. One thing.. our defense urkes me. They did this same thing last year. They let the oppsing team get all the way down the field, then makes a stop in the red zone.  Which is fine, but I know it doesnt look good on their stats. Giving, daryl smith is out and that is a HUGE negative. Cox is out also. I think the offense was just shooting their self in the foot early one. Gave up a sack, penalties. But Gabbert,, still has looked good.. and comfortable.. timing issue a few times, but nothing too alarming. Blackmon is just amazing. He literally does not drop balls.

Special teams is garbage again tonight. Anger is making good punts, but special teams cant seem to make a damn tackles. They are making it very hard for us tonight

This is why you don't get all hyped up over a few really good drives that we've seen.  Now, we're seeing some pretty shitty drives, but there's no reason to get too worked up over those either.  The thing to keep in mind is that we've seen sparks - we know they can do things - it's going to be doing it consistently.  As long as we don't look completely stagnant, I'm good.
