I have an NCAA draft at 11:30 so that will be my trouble.
And, that $115 will save Jacksonville from financial ruin. - Mayor John Peyton

Hmmmmm... An un-named source.  An un-verified claim.  An report with no author willing to attach their name to it.

Welcome to the new-age of bloggers and sports.

THIS JUST IN:  From an unverified source claiming to have intimate knowledge of the situation, Tim Tebow put 2!!!!  TWO Spoonfuls of sugar on his cornflakes this morning which obviously signals his time in Denver is done.  Look for the the Jags new owner, Shahid Kahn, put his yacht on a trailer and have it towed to Denver in order to properly welcome the Jag's Salvation.

In other news, Blaine Gabbert only put 1 spoonful of sugar on his cornflakes meaning he doesn't give a shit about this Tebow guy and is wondering why the Jags would bring in another Fullback and not a much needed receiver.

OK, that's enough about Mr. Tebow.  He's not coming to the Jaguars.

Dan,

We already we have one crappy rookie, theres no need to get another. Gabbert was 2nd from the bottom and Tebow was at the bottom of all the QB's in the league.

Anways, about free agency, The Saints are trying to work out a deal with Colston. THAT SUCKS!!

When Free agency began... Reggie White and others sued for the right to do so... He was by far the biggest free agent and no one thought little ol Green Bay had a chance at him.  BTW... Green Bay had been perrenial losers through the 70's and 80's.  The Pack had a new head coach (no head coach experience) Mike Holmgren, and had just traded a first round draft choice for a former first rounder, now third string QB with Atlanta named Favre.

The right draft pick or trade and the right free agent signing can turn a franchise around quickly...  Hoping for big things for the Jags this year...
In a boat at sea one of the men began to bore a hole in the bottom of the boat. On being remonstrating with, he answered, "I am only boring under my own seat." "Yes," said his companions, "but when the sea rushes in we shall all be drowned with you."

Marcus Colston is off the market. Saints reached a deal. There goes my wet dream.. (about him as a Jag's receivers that is LOL)

Might be a blessing in disguise. He has had multiple knee surgeries.

And FWIW he won't have Drew Brees throwing it to him.

I'm not sure the receivers left are worth chasing... depressing

They also signed an offensive tackle name William robinson that we claimed off waviers from New Orleans in December. He has not played much so it would be interesting to see what he can do.

Why is the Raider's Salary cap $640,000!  :o What can you possiable do with that? Actually looking at the Forbes valuations the Raiders have been doing horriably financially. They were in the red one year.
