Our D is awesome, too bad about Austin Lane out for the season though. He was great fun on the field. Kampman would be nice to see on the field, and show some sacks, but this is a great hodge-podge of guys from small schools, and its all Jack can do to win.

Let's all be thankful we are not an NBA city, with a new stadium, saw yesterday where Memphis is considering a lawsuit against the NBA for this season's lockout, especially since their 200 million dollar public funded arena sits empty. Oklahoma city is in the same boat, and our Mayor wants to bring the NBA here? We think the NFL babies are bad? We now have a new posterchild for spoiled rotten little kids, the NBA.

I hate that A. Lane is on IR as well...  I think he will be a great defensive player for us in the future.

Gotta love Monday Night Football....  The whole nation will be watching, and I hope that ESPN does is right.  The national media never shows us any love.

You've got to realize that us being 1-5 isn't bringing anyone in here with smiling faces and feel good stories.  It's hard enough to find some good story lines here, so they'll just go with what they know:

Hey, do you guys remember the superbowl 7 years ago?  Damn, J'ville was shitty.  I couldn't find an overpriced strip club anywhere.  Not only that, I looked all over the place for a $25 drink, and couldn't find one.  They must use a cheaper Hendricks than I'm used to paying for in (insert city).

I just checked and we are 26th in leauge with attendance. Thats a great improvement. And to think we are 1-5 and people are still buying tickets is even more astounding. We gotta support through thick and thin and Im glad to see were doing it.

We have to remember they never showed us any love. Us even getting a team was one of the biggest upsets in NFL history. And they way we played our 4 or 5 years was the the next upset. I was watching the highlights for the 96 season when we played Denver in the playoffs. They were talking about us like a dog saying, " who are these upstarter's and who do they thin they are, were gonna show them." People wanted to see us fail. They will never like or respect us and I have accepted that.

We just had a fire drill at my job, and I over heard some guys talking about the Jags. And the one guy was actually talking to the other about going to some games. He explained that him and his buddies got seasons because its something fun to do. I think some people in Jacksonville take football to serious. Win or Lose, games are fun.
