There are some amazing homes and gardens on tour this weekend in Historic Springfield.  There will also be a number of open houses on homes for sale.  So if you are interested in really seeing a lot of Springfield this is the perfect weekend to do it.  The economy has created price points that make some of Springfield's finest homes really affordable and there are great investment opportunities out there as well.  And if you are not a fixer-upper kind of person, there is renovation financing available that can turn any of our "frogs" into "princes", including investment properties in which you live in part of it.  Can't beat having your mortgage paid for by your rental income!  The tour is 1 - 5 both days and you can contact any of Springfield's awesome Realtors for information if you are interested in buying.

You got to remember that if you don't have an ample income requirement, you will never get a mortgage. That's a deal breaker for lot of people in this time of the economy.
