Community Prayers in the Park

Hi Springfielders,

St. John's Lutheran, Operation New Hope and The Well at Springfield (a newly forming progressive faith community) invite you to participate in "Community Prayers in the Park" for Holy Week (the week leading up to Easter Sunday). We will gather at Confederate Park at 8 a.m. on Wed., Thurs., and Friday mornings of this week (April 20-22) for a brief time of scripture reading, prayer and silence. Our hope is that this gathering will be an opportunity to pause, to reflect, to encourage and to experience a sense of oneness with God and each other.

Stop by on your way to work, come one day or all three. This is an interfaith gathering, and all are welcome.
