Renting out a big place?

I have a 2800 sq ft 5/3 with a yard on 10th and Silver, and I'd really like to rent it out in the coming months. Most rentals aren't nearly that big, I'm wondering if I'm pipe dreaming? If not, what do you think I could fetch per month on a place that size?
