The owner of the Laura St property bought 5 homes there in 2003 for a total of $225,000.  The package included 1301, 1311, 1315, 1319, and 1325.  At least that's what the tax records show.  I've tried to reach him before and gotten no response.  So I just emailed the Realtor he has worked with and asked her to appeal to him to do SOMETHING.  The owner is a prominent doctor in town so this is not the case of fly by night investor who has skipped town.  Maybe she will have some luck.

Why aren't you identifying the players (property owners, inspectors, city officials, commission members voting, contractors, etc.) involved in these issues.  As long as it is public record, why not share the info?  Their "friends" in the community should know what they are doing to diminish it.  If the "players" don't like the glare of publicity, maybe they should reconsider what they are doing to attract it.
